Message from our President - April 8, 2024

Hackers!

The 2024 Season has finally begun! We will kick it off with the Opening Day scramble next Thursday the 11th and then it's on to flight competitions!

This year the four courses and deadlines are as follows:

  • Match #1 Trophy Lake (Scores due by May 9th)

  • Match #2 Redmond Ridge (Scores due by May 30th)

  • Match #3 Washington National (Scores due by June 27th)

  • Match #4 Echo Falls (Scores due by July 18th)

Players will be divided into flights of 10 with the top six entering into a playoff. Rules to remember:

  • You must play each round by the designated due date to be eligible for points that round.

  • You must also declare which tees you will be playing from before you score your first round. This will impact strokes given.

  • You must play with another SPGA member to validate your score.

  • You must declare before you start your round if you will be scoring it for league play or just a practice round.

You'll notice 3 of the courses belong to Oki. You can purchase a Player's Card online to save on the total cost of the rounds. The Weekday 3-pack is $229 and includes a cart. Click here to purchase from their website: Players Cards - Oki Golf
